Red light (wavelength: 640nm) 

 Red light is the most penetrative color. Red light has a stronger penetration ability on tissues than other wavelengths of light, and has a warm effect on the skin and mucous membranes. Red light can stimulate blood flow, accelerate blood circulation, enhance cell vitality, improve metabolism, promote collagen fiber synthesis, and increase skin elasticity and luster.

Yellow light (wavelength: 590nm) 

Penetrates the skin 1-2mm, effectively repairing skin redness, erythema, relieving redness, and reducing pigmentation.

Blue light (wavelength: 415nm) 

Blue light is a calm color and is considered a cool color. Blue light can suppress sebum secretion, has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects, can eliminate Propionibacterium acnes, and treat acne and scars.

 

The principle of blue light acne removal: Propionibacterium acnes (P. Acne) is an anaerobic bacterium. Acne produces endogenous porphyrin III during its normal metabolism. When these bacteria are exposed to blue light, the amount of porphyrin produced increases, and unstable singlet oxygen is produced locally. These singlet oxygen molecules have a cytotoxic effect, can bind to compounds on the cell membrane, and damage the cell membrane. This leads to irreversible functional loss and death of Propionibacterium acnes.

Green light (wavelength: 531nm)

Green light is the most common color in nature and is considered a neutral color. It has a balancing and stabilizing effect and can improve skin roughness, wrinkles, blackheads, acne, and other conditions caused by fatigue and mental stress.
